Nikolai Goraschenkov, Of Counsel on Criminal Defense Law

Prior to joining Frishberg & Partners as Of Counsel on Criminal Defense Law, Mr. Nikolai A. Goraschenkov served in the law enforcement service from 1974 to 1992, and was the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the City of Kiev with the rank of colonel.  Subsequently, Mr. Goraschenkov worked as external counsel for the Administration of the President of Ukraine.  He is also an advocate, licensed to represent clients before Ukrainian law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to tax authorities and the prosecutor’s office.  Mr. Goraschenkov represents clients before all courts in Ukraine in criminal, administrative, civil and economic cases, as well as before the European Court of Human Rights.
